Golf Director

Jeremy D'Argent

I was born and raised on Mauritius Island. I am a Member of the PGA of South Africa and have 10 years of experience in the Golf, Retail & Hospitality Industry. I have a deep passion for the servise industry and toursim industry and have International experience in the USA, Mauritius and South Africa. My hobbies are mountain biking, yoga, travel, food and wine.

I am very passionate about the food and wine industry, I enjoy visiting restaurants and wine farms in the western cape.

“An amazing day would be to go for a wine tasting on a beautiful sunny day and end it off with a good lunch outdoors, of course paired with a glass of wine”.

Chef

Julien van Niekerk

My passion for food started at a young age while working as a waiter and seeing the joy food brings to people.  By the time I finished school I knew that I wanted to be a chef.  Over the past 20 years I have had the privilege of working with some of the industry greats in both restaurants and Hotels where I have gained priceless knowledge and experience.

I enjoy using traditional French cooking methods with an Asian influence on flavours and my biggest passion is the use of fresh, sustainable and local products
